Western action abounds as a horse rustler attempting to take control of a farm gets surprised when Rex, a leader of a group of wild horses, comes to the rescue. Jack Perrin plays the forest ranger helped by the animal. With Ethlyne Clair, Al Ferguson. Silent with music score. 
Phantom Of The Desert(1930) VHS
Cowboy hero Jack Perrin and his trusted horse, Starlight, go up against some ornery rustlers who utilize a white stallion as a front for their dirty work. Eve Novak also stars in this superb sagebrusher.

Rainbow Riders(1934) VHS
Double bill of "Bud 'n Ben" western featurettes opens with "Rainbow Riders," which finds heroes Bud (Jack Perrin) and Ben (Ben Corbett) helping a lady ranch owner save her spread from blackhats. Next, Fred Hume plays Bud to Corbett's Ben in "Nevada Cyclone" (1934), in which the duo try to keep a wrangler from hooking up with cattle rustlers. Wally Wales co-stars. 
The Cactus Kid(1934) VHS
After a tough cattle drive, Jack Perrin discovers his partner has been killed and his $1000 payment for his efforts stolen. Jack is soon blamed for the murder and must find the real culprit before he's put in the pokey. Jayne Regan, Slim Whitaker also star. 
Rawhide Mail(1934) VHS
A trio of stagecoach robbers fends off a rival band of outlaws and winds up playing guardian angels to a beautiful passenger who's travelling to a frontier town where she has inherited a saloon. When her late relative's partner tries to weasel her out of her due, the threesome help her by opening a competing bar. Jack Perrin, Nelson McDowell and Chris Martin star. 59 min.

A smuggler is loose and two pals decide to ride their horses to El Rio to find the prairie varmint responsible for the crimes. Jack Perrin, Tina Menard star. 60 min.

Medicine show entertainer "Texas Jack" tries to solve a mystery with help from the Horse with the Human Brain. With Jack Perrin, Jayne Regan. 55 min. 
North Of Arizona(1935) VHS
Jack Perrin plays an honest cowpoke who doesn't seem to have any luck. After trying to help local Indians get rid of local gold swindlers, Perrin is hired as a helper on a ranch...by a gang of thieves. Then, he's accused of robbing an express office. Al Bridge and Blanche Mehaffey also star in this Western yarn set, well, north of Arizona. 60 min. 
Wolf Riders(1935) VHS
After Jack Perrin's family is gunned down during a battle between cowboys and Indians, he's raised by a friendly Native American tribe and eventually becomes an Indian agent battling against racketeers. With Lillian Gilmore.

First-rate modern sagebrusher with Jack Perrin as a modern-day cop who leaves the force to pursue life in the great outdoors. But his plans are stopped when a group of robbers on the run--one of whom is his brother--takes refuge on his ranch. When Perrin's outlaw brother is gunned down, he pursues them on horseback into the desert. 58 min. 
Gun Grit(1936) VHS
Jack Perrin is a government agent out to stop a group of city-based crooks who have joined unsavory ranch hands in the money protection rackets. Ethel Beck and Dave Sharpe co-star in this energetic sagebrush enterprise. 
Wildcat Saunders(1936) VHS
Action and racial issues mark this unusual oater in which boxer Jack Perrin loses a big fight, then heads to a cowboy ranch to train. When some workers make racist comments about Perrin's black servant, he takes matters into his own fists, then discovers that the cowhands were involved in a large jewel robbery.
